About
Alden grew up in Shoreham, New York. He graduated from Shoreham - Wading River High School in 2002. He currently lives in Spartanburg, South Carolina with his wife, son and daughter. He began writing in high school by contributing to the school paper. He attended Suffolk County Community College and SNY New Paltz, majoring in journalism. Alden worked as reporter in Albany, New York and on his native Long Island.
Alden has always loved the horror and suspense genres. He considers Ayn Rand, George Orwell and Stephen King to be his greatest literary influences.

When he's not writing, Alden enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, model railroading and restoring his 1965 Chevy Corvair.
